• The outcomes, career prospects, or earnings that may result from completing any of our programs.

No Guarantee of Results

FilmKraft AI Arts Academy equips students with knowledge, tools, and skills relevant to AI filmmaking and content creation. However, individual results will vary significantly based on factors including — but not limited to — personal effort, prior experience, practice, market conditions, and access to resources.

We do not guarantee:

• Employment or placement in the film or media industry after completing any program.
• A specific level of creative skill, technical proficiency, or professional recognition.
• Success in freelance work, content creation, or film production ventures.
• That knowledge or tools taught will remain applicable or available as the AI landscape evolves rapidly.

The success stories and student achievements highlighted on our website represent exceptional outcomes and are not indicative of average results.

AI Tools Disclaimer

FilmKraft AI Arts Academy's programs involve the use and discussion of various third-party AI tools and platforms for filmmaking, image generation, video creation, sound design, and editing. We wish to make the following clear:

• FilmKraft AI Arts Academy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with any AI tool provider unless explicitly stated.
• AI tools and platforms are subject to frequent changes — in pricing, features, availability, terms of service, and output quality. We do not guarantee that any specific tool will continue to function as demonstrated in our programs.
• The use of AI tools for commercial purposes may be subject to the individual licensing terms of each tool. Students are responsible for ensuring their use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and tool-specific terms.
• AI-generated content may raise intellectual property and copyright questions that are still evolving legally in India and globally. FilmKraft AI Arts Academy does not provide legal advice on these matters.
• Output quality from AI tools demonstrated in sessions may vary in real-world use due to differences in prompts, subscriptions, hardware, and platform updates.

Educational Purpose Only

All content, curriculum, demonstrations, templates, and materials provided by FilmKraft AI Arts Academy are strictly for educational and training purposes.

Nothing in our programs, website, or communications constitutes:

• Legal advice — particularly regarding copyright, intellectual property, or commercial use of AI-generated content.
• Financial or investment advice — including any projections of earnings or business returns from filmmaking or content creation.
• Technical support or endorsement for any specific hardware or software product.

For legal or financial guidance, students are encouraged to consult qualified professionals.

• FilmKraft AI Arts Academy is not responsible for decisions made based on outdated information on our website or promotional materials.

We encourage prospective students to contact us directly to confirm current program details before enrolling.
