Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Schedule

This schedule applies to both of our programs:

• Film & Digital Creator Program — 3 months
• Film & Digital Creator Career Program — 6 months

Students may request cancellation and a refund according to the following schedule, calculated from the scheduled course commencement date.

• More than 14 days before commencement: 90% refund of the course fee paid.
• 8–14 days before commencement: 75% refund of the course fee paid.
• 1–7 days before commencement: 50% refund of the course fee paid.
• On or after commencement: Refunds will be assessed based on the portion of the program delivered, the services already provided and any applicable non-refundable charges disclosed before enrolment.

Any registration or administrative fee deducted from a refund must be reasonable, disclosed before payment and permitted under applicable law. No undisclosed charges will be deducted.

Digital Learning Materials

Once course materials, eBooks, prompt templates or other digital resources have been downloaded or accessed, the digital-content component may be excluded from the refund, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and the terms disclosed before purchase.

Any deduction must be based on the separately disclosed price or a reasonable, transparent allocation for the digital component. Accessing one digital resource will not automatically eliminate a student's right to a refund for the entire course where a refund is otherwise due.

Printed Books and Physical Materials

Printed books or physical learning materials supplied to students will be treated separately from the tuition fee. Any deduction for materials already supplied must be disclosed in advance and based on their stated price. Unused materials may be returned where applicable, subject to reasonable return conditions and applicable law.

Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Academy

If FilmKraft AI Arts Academy cancels a program and does not offer a suitable alternative, students may choose a full refund of the amount paid for the affected program or an alternative arrangement by mutual agreement.

If the academy postpones the commencement date, students will be informed promptly and offered the option to accept the revised date or request a refund where required by applicable law.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the academy's officially designated email address (refunds@filmkraftacademy.com) or other published contact channel. The request should include the student's name, registered contact details, program name, payment reference and reason for cancellation.

The academy will acknowledge the request and communicate the decision and applicable refund calculation within seven working days. Approved refunds will ordinarily be processed within 10–14 working days, subject to payment-provider and banking timelines.

General Conditions

• Refund eligibility will be determined using the scheduled course commencement date and the applicable cancellation window.
• The academy will provide the applicable fee breakdown and cancellation terms before accepting payment.
• No provision of this policy overrides rights available to students under applicable law.
• The policy applies to the specific program purchased and does not automatically apply to separately purchased workshops, events or products, which may have their own disclosed terms.

Earlier Programs

Students who enrolled in a program offered before the Film & Digital Creator programs were introduced remain covered by the refund terms stated in their enrolment confirmation. Please contact us if you need a copy of those terms.
